Hi this is Shaney Ahmad sharing with you my personal experience on this Electrolux SP55N 1.5 Ton A.C, well at this price you might think that this a good one but let me warn you, don’t do the mistake I did buying this.
First thing the Servicing of this AC, it requires often servicing as compared to the others AC. The compressor gets damaged very fast, I have reapired it 3 times in 6 months.
Also the customer care Support is very loose. If you try to call them then they will come after 2, 3 days or so.
The cooling is very slow but yeah after an hour or so you’ll feel Ok. Also the type of cooling it should give at 20’C it gives that cooling on 16’C.
One Important thing is that not much in the day but in night you will hear the noises coming from the panel of AC. So don’t fit this near your bed. Irritates a lot I know that.
Totally not reliable as every now and then I have to get it fixed its never ending issues.
As it required so much of maintainence I am not satisfied at all.
Price is Ok according to 1.5 ton AC but the material inside it is not good and long lastning at all.
