I had purchased this product on 11th April 2013 from Croma retail, Hyderabad. The installation was promptly done on 13th April 2013. I used it from 13th-18th and the AC stops cooling! After this day I keep calling Electrolux customer care lodged 4 requests and waiting for the service engineer!
I would not recommend this brand or product to anyone. A mandatory check one should do before buying an AC is to analyze the responsiveness of service engineers upon service requests (This is something I did not do). Hope it helps someone who is checking the reviews.
