I ordered waterproof ultrasonic sensor which they send along with other items, including a solar panel. The solar panel was used and it’s terminals were broken. However, I soldered the wires and used hot glue to make it permanent. However, the ultrasonic module they sent was faulty. After several days of mail exchange, providing video proof, and Calls, pickup was arranged.
I emailed them that please do kot send the same module to me, instead adjust the amount in my next order(INR 2K+), or if you send me please do a QC. They sent me same module, again faulty.
I doubt they send me same module I returned as serial number was same on the external packet. But now I don’t want to engage with these frauds anymore.
They don’t read your emails properly and send automated responses. Even on call they respond like bots. No empathy or care for customer.
Anyways that was my last order with ElectronicComp.com
I will bear the loss. They won’t last long with such pathetic support and service.

If you order, they send less items, only low value items and say that some items are out of stock and then they never ship or refund. they only refund in their wallet when you file a consumer complaint, I had to do it several times for a single order refund. So once your money debited, no way to get out. And I am not alon, e the site has 1 star review and reported on scamadvisor by several people and on reddit community as well. I even created a video on this. So pelase delist the site scamming people. I can send proofs if required.
