Elegant HONDA Two-wheeler service centre
they just do not know how to serve their customers
Rudeness is one point we will get through
but such pathetic services that i feel stuck now when i have taken AMC (based on the good experiences of other HONDA Service centres)
I know...feel stupid now.
They make fun of u on ur face, when u tell them the vehicle issue.
estimated time is 5 o clock, they do not even call up to let u know that what is the status [other service centre people actually call up to say that vehicle is ready, get it]
I called them up at 6 o clock, the person tells me, its done
I reach there, and the boy is still applying that sticky polish on it. 15 minutes it took me to get the bill processing done.
O yeah, forgot to tell you about the billing.
I ask them "Card payment?"
He denied straight...while its written in bold letters..."Debit and Credit Cards accepted here"
I had to run to the nearest ATM to pay him cash.
Now, i see the vehicle is dirty, i ask him "have u washed it?, said yes....I tell him , look this is dirty here, and he makes it shiny by applying that polish gauge over it
Key is getting stuck in the lock [it was not happening earlier, and when reported they tell me, "Mam spray nahi mil rha h"..[mam unable to find the spray]
i speak to manager regarding this [the guy sitting in the manager cabin], about the feedback...and he answers me "abi to ho gyi na apki scooty, chaliye dekhte hain fir..."[for now ur scooty is done na....ok will c then]
I do not understand, how i am going to take my vahicle again to that place [i have taken AMC]
I have asked HONDA to shift my AMC from that centre to another one in Meerut itself.
Lets hope for the best.
