I had visited the spa yesterday at their new location(HSR layout). Awesome Infrastructue I had used their services for a Swedish massage, scrub, head massage& foot reflexology. The therapist was very good and was able to adjust the pressure, etc as per my requirements. The experience of the massage and foot reflexology deserve a special mention and totally worth the time& effort!
The Ambiance of the spa could be better. This spa is a flat which has been converted into a spa. The case of using a shared bathroom wasnt the best of the options. Need to have a separate steam room than a wait period for the next person to complete! Also, should pay more attention to the tiles which could do with some extra bleach to clean up.
If just the services were to be looked at, I would give this place a 5 star, but with the overall package, need to lower it to 3 star.
