Hai hello iam Rohith I have model of CH-6 of elica chimney installed in the house at plot no 133/188 SR nagar hyderbad.The complaint number is 221178 on 20th december.The product was 15 month old
• The product sucked the flame very high while cooking and product caught fire.The product was under life time warranty.Elica technician had promtly come to check the problem and acessed internal damage to the winding of the motor costing Rs-2600/- and said investigation is essential to acess the cause of the incident wheather other things in the house are correctly built or not.since it is rented house and do not want to get into any hassle told them to repair and ill pay the amount as mentioned
• Despite the product under life time warranty and I was willing to pay for the repair cost, company did not repair on the plea that spares are not available and have to be sought from parent company from italy.officials have declined to give any time lines and instead are offering me new range of products with a bait of discount the product offered is

• unethical practices: They were insisting more on makinf me buy new products then providing repair cover to existing products.They were delaying repair of damaged house.As I was in rented house I told them to repair even is if the cost is rs-6000/- but they kept on insisting to go for new product as the same is beign is given at discount rate.When I pointed out that the products is already available for lower cost at kukatpally then they started another model
• Finally even after 3months they did not repair the same and starined the relations between the self and my house owner I had to leave the house on march 25th 2016 by paying 1200/-
• My sincer advice to the people who want to choose and want to buy ELICA please do not buy elica products such a foolish and fakesh service all there promised made to the customers regarding services is rubbish.
