One time I visit this service center. Don’t even think of going there for your car service. I have face the worst experiences with ford service center and its service staff people. They kept me waiting for more than 1 hr on the day when I left car for service and wasted another 3 hr when I got my vehicle back on the 2nd day. When you talk to the sales they will point to service and service people says that they don`t know what commitment the sales guys made. Really pathetic service.
