To be honest, one of the worst experience for servicing a car. Let me start with Hospitality - there in none. Hardly drinking water available. You executive asked me if I want tea/coffee and he asked the staff to get but he didnt tun out during my initial 1 hour of stay. Secondly, there was no update if my car is ready through out the day. I had to call at 5PM to enquire and was told that car is ready. When I went there, the car was not ready and cleaning staff took more than one hour to clean the car(and it was 70% of my expectation). Third, No executive explained me about the work done on my car. I just paid the money and was asked to take my car. I was eagerly waiting for the executive to call me for a feedback on the servicing done and I actually got the call. Shockingly, she simply asked if I came for servicing my car and whether it is done. She didnt ask whether I am satisfied or not.
I have seen so many servicing station(from Ford and from other car maker also), and this turn out to be most chaotic, un-organised, non-sense place. I went there first time because its near to my house(< 2KM). I will never go to this place again even if they apologize or offer me a free servicing.
