Elle 18 juicy lip balm is one of the products I got this month which I have never used before. I usually get Baby Lip balm but I found this and it looked really cute and cool , so I bought it. This Lip balm is hydrating and moisturizing but a little too creamy and glossy for being a lip Balm. It does not appear natural and looks more like a lip gloss which is not what I want. Other than this, it does not stays on for quite a long time , not eve for a few hours that is disappointing . Though it is easy to carry but I don’t like to apply my lip balm again and again which needs to be done with this one.
