I bought elle 18 liquid eyeliner and first use only I got somewhat disappointed its tip is not so good to apply on liner and the main thing when I applied on my eyes it literally took 5 to 7 mins to set down bcz of which I couldn’t even able to blink my eyes and if I blink my eyes it gets spread and don’t come off easily.its good when it comes to look and feel but I like faster drying eye liners for my instant makeup.
