Navratan Oil is best oil for head massages. I give Navratan oil massages to my parents they feel stress free and light minded after their stress full day.
One spoon quantity works absolutely fine for head massages. Instead of taking medicine and getting side effects. It better to apply oil for such some issue.
It smells good and make you feel calm, stress free once applied. Good for hair also it give nourishment to the root. There are other brands but I find navratan oil best for my family.
