I hate two words in the dictionary. Those two words can cause hell out of pain to us who believe in the phrase ‘One World, One Life’. I hope those two words can stop many like me from diversifying dreams. Once I knew a tale of two Samaritans who exchanged gifts in an envelope. The gifts as we term as ‘Hope’ and ‘Desire’. The person who was gifted hope traveled a long way. The other one who had the desire got thrown out on the course of triumph.
*-|-Emirates| Air India| Gulf Air| Air Arabia
I used to fly by Air India. It was some time later I realized we were poles apart. Did you know how hard it was for me to spent time in this so called ‘Palace’ waiting for the destination? I used to fall sick flying in this aircraft. There was time when they used to take us for granted. I feel so sorry for those who fly by Air India to Saudi Arabia since they treat their customers like some unwanted souls. It’s high time for Air India to learn some hospitality.
Sigh!
Have you read my diary post ‘I had a gun… And I chose a pen’? Well, I did mention about an incident that took place some time back while flying by Gulf Air. I fall sick thinking about that incident and for once I wanted to use my Gun over the Pen. Anyway let me stick on to the review rather dragging it to another story. In short I missed the connection flight from Bahrain to Saudi Arabia. I wanted to seethe but it’s not my country. It’s not my people who live in there. All I did was to bury the rage and took the bus that carried all left out souls to Saudi Arabia. We were stuck for about 5 hours in the boarder.
There is a reason why I review each time. The reason could be of personal or public related concerns. The next was to try Air Arabia. I was quite satisfied with Air Arabia but then the stop over is a bit concern for those who are traveling with their families. Another fact is you have to buy food like we do in domestic flights. But it’s a decent flight altogether. One must appreciate their punctuality.
The last was of course to try out Emirates however she surprised me in everyway. Emirates are punctual and they kind of know how to pamper their customers. What was more convenient to me was the stop over which is just about 1 hour or so.
-|-Price
It’s affordable. When comparing to the other flights emirates is the best in the lot. I guess it’s worth flying by Emirates compared to the other flights which doesn’t even care for you. Care is just the word they are not trained to use. Huh!
*-|-Meal
You can opt for the meal while booking the tickets. They will make sure that the meal which you ordered will be served.
-|-Wines
Well, it depends on you. They will come and ask if you are interested to try out their complimentary beverages. It totally depends on you to taste them.
-|-Movie
You get to watch a lot number of movies of your choice. They do have a good collection and all you got to do is to select and watch.
-|-Dear Emirates,
I thank you for taking me along with you. It was a great day for me. There was no pride and the time been away from the land have gained a bit of values in my life. You taught me to smile. I traveled back where I used to beam and hug. Oh, cabin crew why have you smiled and left me in gag? You are so gorgeous and if I meet you in the next flight, don’t you think I should tell you that? Incase if you don’t see me along with the other passengers, won’t you miss me?
I know a bit about your history but why do I have to inscribe them when the rest of the world is familiar with it? I can testify about you talking about the punctuality, cleanliness and of course hospitality. That reminds me of the voyage I had in Air India which took my breath away. In awe as I recollect the incident you stand beyond all the odds for me. They have high hopes and yet they treated me like a renegade. You are so caring and I can see the sky smile when you kiss her in blues.
Emirates, I’ll wait for you to take me home. Emirates, I’ll always bear in mind you. I hate two words in the dictionary. Those two words can cause hell out of pain to us who believe in the phrase ‘One World, One Life’. I hope those two words can stop many like me from diversifying dreams. And the words are ARRIVAL and **DEPARTURE.
Emirates, until we meet again, love and only love.
*Love,
