Horrible flight to India. Flight fell into an air pocket and according to the reports it was caused by the ignorance of the pilot. 20 people injured. Absolutely terrifying experience for everyone. Emirates didn’t do anything about it. Not even a consolation message for the injured. On the way back from India to the US, emirates forced us to check-in a carry on luggage that weighed 2 extra pounds according to them, and charged $125 (Yes they weighed our carry on..!!)
