I was very unhappy with the crew on this airline. Flew from india to australia with my brother.
The young female crew member was very rude when he simply asked her to give him an extra pillow. We are not certain what exactly she mumbled but her body language was enough to give away! Most of the journey was rather unpleasant because of this experience esp because I was feeling rather helpless not to be able to voice out my rage at that woman’s behaviour.
The food was below average. There wasn’t enough leg space and we could really feel the taps from the people behind our seats tryng to operate the touch screen tv! All the negative stars however go to the poor crew service. I will never fly this airline again! Can I give my rating in negative stars?
