EMirates is one of the newest airlines from the Gulf, particularly, Dubai.
Emirates is the extention of the Emaraiti hospitability. Travelling by Emirates is a pleasure and experience to be remembered. I travel quiet frequently with them and yet have not come across any incident which I can count as bad expirence.
I bet others would have had bad expeirence but then can’t that be considered as one of the cases. I have travelled by Air India, Indian Airlines, BA, Oman Air, Cathay and more but then they all so have their share of problems attimes and so does Emirates but then thats not the issue to ponder over.
Emirates staff are well mannered and well behaved alnogwith well informed. The groundstaff are more than helpful in need. Over all I am not surprized for them being conferred - Airline of the Year award. I may ask if not EMirates then who else?
