Empire was once known for its quality of food and for its variety and taste but now Day by day the taste and the quality is going down. It’s really disappointing to see such a big name with such quality. The food is uncooked at times. Not properly washed food, and taste is just not acceptable. The service is slow as dead and the customer care is not at all good. The quantity of food is just half as the quantity it was before and the rates have been too high now. Famous for its buffet offers now the buffet service is jut for nothing, it’s not at all worth to pay that amount of money for such a quantity and quality of food. Empire management should now change their service and try to make up to its name. The home delivery service is not at all good. I have personally experienced it and it’s really upsetting. The only good thing about empire is now only good for its gutter chicken and nothing else. Once I ordered Chicken biriyani and when I saw the quantity was really not fulfilling. I would recommend people now to try some other place if you want to eat something worth of it.
