two same size bras were ordered from enamor.co.in. one is the correct size, the other is way too small.seems like a manufacturing defect to me.
when I tried to call the customer service number given on the website, it said all staff is busy please leave ur msg.
I put in a return request on the website, I am being asked to pay courier charges for a fault from your end.
I am not even asking for a refund.i will buy another bra in place of that.
I am sorry to say that the experience with your portal and customer care is very unprofessional. I have been calliing the customer care number which says all your agents are busy so I must leave a message.
I would rather buy from amazon, zivame or flipkart who are ready to bear the reverse pickup charges.

enamor is fooling people by sending different sizes .ofcourse they will give a stupid excuse tha the style makes diff in the size.oh really!
