This product is a 100% vegeteria.my friend used this product for four months because his weight was below. He took it as daily diet supplement after two months he gained weight and he was so happy after that.but after gaining his required weight he left this product then he starts loosing his weight suddenly whatever he was gained.please don’ t use this product.it is very costly and work less.
