Main reasons for people to consider long careers in this organization?
If you feel that you are a trash on earth and good for nothing then you can join this company and stay here for a long after proving that you are worthless to the management because lot of such junks are lying here and extracting their salary. Even company is happy to pay them since they feel that this is the only way a human works. If some one who is hard working and takes initiatives to complete the work then the people around him will definitely ensure that he is pulled down.
What are the main reasons because of which employees leave the organization?
There are number of reason which can’t be written in allowed characters. Anyway just to mention few - Filthy Politics of lower cadre which exists here, demoralizing atmosphere and old staffs working here since their birth, Leg pulling, unprofessional working and approach, no much freedom and facility to the working individuals, Their Organisational Structure(Being headed by idiots called BDO). These BDO who knows nothing about the work can make a person resign if he doesn’t like him.
What does the company do to create a work environment which ensures employees are more productive and motivated?
Okei, thats the important line -So this is how the company works. Initially, after the Project has been awarded to the company; all the hard working staff will be kept cornered and when such politics takes over the project deadline and question of delay penalty comes then only hard working people are thrown off and provided with everything they want to complete the work (facilities like vehicles, funds etc.) and when the project completes again these people are suppressed and demoralized by head
How good are the career opportunities for employees in your functional area?
I don’t feel anything good can be learned from the working here. Its like you only teach other staff and that also after struggling to work. Since very little freedom, space and facilities are provided. Everyone in this company works for the Managing Director and not for the Company. If one has touch with MD, he can live as per his will. After resigning I checked my PF even that has also not been deposited by the company. Lastly never ever get read TO ACCEPT THE SERVICE BOND WHICH HR ASKS.
What is this Service Bond which HR asks new joinee to sign?
OK, I took this question specially for the new joinees because HR department of this chor company always asks their prospective candidate to sign a service bond for a fixed tenure.
Now, normally every one knows in India that bounded labours has been completely eradicated by the Government on the day India got Independence and so such bounding of employees to work in the organization does not has any legal value and such agreement legally cannot bind an employee to continue working even in a unfriendly condition. Then why the HR gets the employee sign a service bonds? OK, here is your answers. Normally in this company the decided CTC is so paid that most of the amount comes to candidate at the end of the financial year. And even all the yearly payment is done late, after 4-5 months. So every time the company keeps a bulk amount of the employee in it hand. The day you resign; the HR department stops your notice period pay and makes you work one month without pay.
Later, when you leave, the company eats away your every withstanding amount with the company along with your notice pay citing the bond amount payment. The shameful part is they would not even tell you how much is your total full and final. New joinees normally sign such service bonds after consulting some lawyers and after convincing that it does not has any legal value and ends up signing the bond. But this is how the company uses such bonds to eat away your money. SO NEVER AGREE TO SIGN ANY SERVICE BOND IN THIS COMPANY. Its a company with a frustrating culture and atmosphere. I even doubt that this company deposits the PF amount of the employees.
