This happened many months before, I don’t remember the month.My wife and I had been to enrich salon at Chembur. We had gone around 8: 00pmMy wife wanted to do get her eye brows trimmed.We were asked whether we had taken an appointment, for which we told we haven’t.In spite of knowing we were told to wait and would be attended soon.
After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, one of the lady working there comes and tells and my wife that they can’t do because there is nobody to attend and we need to take an appointment prior.My wife and I got furious and my wife told the lady this was not a way to handle customers who are at the store.Immediately we also stepped out went to an other salon for the same.
They were more professional., as compared to enrich.I would never advise any one to go to enrich salon.Very bad salon experience at enrich.Utter unprofessionalism.I’m happy I could express my views as I’m also a member at ? shut.com
