Yesterday me and my sister got facial appointments in Enrich, Hiranandani Powai branch for 8.10 pm. Unfortunately due to trafic I could reach at 8.45 pm.
The lady on customer care 18602663000 informed that she cannot assure of the services as the procedure takes 1 hour and store shuts down at 9.30 pm.
I reached the store at 8.45 pm and I was asked to pay the money in the beginning itself which is usually not the case and I was shocked to see that the procedure was completed within 10-12 mins.
It was the worst service ever received. I have a membership and have paid in thousands and I get this in return?
If closing the shop was the priority it could have informed to us. I had no issues in rescheduling it.
Even a normal salon provides a better service.I am highly disappointed and I will make sure none of my 520 facebook friends or my office colleagues ever visit Enrich.
This is only my count. My sister accompanied me and even she got the same treatment. We will make sure this dont happen to anyone else.
