I visited the restaurant near Ulsoor on the 25th of November 2012 with a friend. We are vegetarians and opted for the afternoon Vegetarian Sadya. It was a fabulous feast. We had opted for the ’Red Rice’ and while serving the plate we were informed that "All items are unlimited’. It was a surprise that they did not mention some items are limited, unlike most restaurants.
I term the service mediocre because we were not explained about the various food items on the plate. It was evident that we were non-keralites and ’Sadya’ being a specialty in their restraurant it would be good to see someone giving us the names and explanations about the items. That is the only sore point of their service.
The plate consisted of various curries and it was filling. The dessert menu consisted of two mouth watering payasams - Ada Pradaman and ’Daal’ Payasam, and fruit salad. My friend requested another serving of ’Ada Pradaman’ but he was served both the payasams again ! Thumbs Up !!
I would highly recommend this restaurant for a good afternoon meal. It is on the higher side on the waller factor but totally worth it !
