Wosrt service and support !!

Hello everyone, I had purchased this printer in june 2017 and it stooped working in 4 september 2017 after that I complained this issue on customer care number and the said that a service engineer will come to our home in 3 days and I waited for almost a week but no one came to my home and after that I again raised a complain and they again said that a service engineer will come to your address in 3 days and after waiting for 5 days service manager came this time and he’s saying the button panel of the printer is not working and for repairing of it he let the printer with him and after 1 week I called on service engineer number and he’s saying that he’s repairing the printer but it will take some more time and after repairing the printer he didn’t delivered my printer from where he picked it at my home . I got a call to pick up my printer from there service center and I gone there and picked up my printer to my home . This is very bad service that takes so long to repair and complaint resolution and even they don’t deliver the printer after repairing from where they picked up . I was fed-up with the service of Epson company .
