I purchased this product before seven month and It has just been giving me troubles.it is very slow and too expensive for the quality.the quality of the prints dropped drastically and started getting gaps in the prints.the multiple page scan does not work and it usually gets stuck while doing multiple prints.it make sound and vibration while printing.when I place the document on the top feed tray, xerox copy is not coming, its coming blank only.sometimes the printer not detected ink and unusual ink getting spreaded in edges.the printer head heats up and takes almost a minute to print a page.wifi is not working and sometimes I get the black line on the scan.please don’t buy this product, it is completely useless.
