I opted for a basic package, because the investment required was low. I had started it on Trial purpose. But the calls I received from EP was only for high investments, which required me to switch to their premium package. For this I received multiple calls from them.
Finally out of options I opted for their premium package. They maintain their performance graph. It stated that the chances for a loss was just 25%, which was okay for investment perspective. However once into this I realized that the loss was above 50%. They gave fake excuses like, International Elections, Server down etc. At first there is a profit from 3 calls, and then the losses start to appear. The loss is higher than the profit and ultimately only loss is suffered.
Frustrated I asked them to give the refund, which was denied. EP doesn’t have a refund policy.
They will always call you to upgrade to a different package, but ultimately the money is only lost.
