Pros:
Above than market average pay.
Sounds good on CV
Trainings all the time
Some managers are cool
Flexible working time
Easy Leaves/Lots of Leaves
Cons:
Above than market pay but still far less for the kind of work they ask you to do, especially when you manage multiple projects but the pay is the same.
Extremely long working hours. Sometimes you will not have even half an hour in your hand for yourself and often the deadline is the day-end.
Companys work ethics are great but many seniors and managers do not adhere to this and will bully you into working more than you are required to, making long working hours even longer.
Work hours can start from 6 am in the morning to 12 am next day(I have personally worked 18 hours a day to manage everything and yet I couldnt keep everyone happy)
Suggestion:
If you do not get a cousellor at your location/if you do not get an extremely supportive cousellor - either change your counselor or change the company before the sharks sitting above you can hurt you.
Get hands on experience with real projects as soon as possible because although they say people will help you to learn, they simply wont.
Make friends in every direction. You do not who might help you in the worst of times and having contacts is extremely important in this company.
If you ever feel hurt by someones words for the mistakes youve not done, just apologise and quit the scene, they have already chosen you to be the scapegoat for a grave mistake youve not done and they will hurt you more.
