I have been having the subscription of Escotel mobile for the past 1 year. I think it not the best in the business. They have opened up too much dealers and they would prefer you to come for any thing through them. Very absurd. A company that likes running away from the customer.
They say that ’’Other than Monsoon nothing covers Kerala better than Escotel’’. I do not believe it. They have relative poor coverage in the Kottayam Dist. Places like Palai is not touched by them.
Their schemes are like the rain. It come and goes. If you are a loyal customer to Escotel, you stand to loose. They come out with new schemes that are lower than your current plans and if you would like to opt for that, they say, ’’Sorry, existing customers cannot change the plan’’. Thanks for being loyal, so that we could take you for a ride, should be their motive.
