There is no systematic work culture in this office. They dont have any kind of SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) in any of the department whether its Admin, HR, Merchandising, Designing, sampling or technical.
There are many number of staffs who have not received there salary from last 3 or 4 months or even 6 months. This is one of the serious issues they keep hiding from the new comers.
Vendor payments are delayed by a year and in many cases they keep promising the vendor for the payment and never fulfill. How can any vendor work and take orders from this kind of company.
Employee retention rate is pathetically very low. There are about 20% employees who have been working here for long time other than that every month employees keep resigning and joining. This is what the situation is. No one can build a strong team if people keep changing in a regular interval for shorter period.
