Waste service, they charged 2000/- for hinges problem, but it is not at all done properly. They work clearly says how inexperience these guys are in fixing the problem. They took nearly 3 days to get it fixed. but not done properly. Would never suggest to anybody to spoil their laptops. I too read the reviews and gave my laptop as I was busy and these guys have this pickup and drop service. This made me lazy and give the laptop to these guys. It waste of money. They wont give any guarantee. So they fix it temporarily. Seems like most of the 5 ratings are fake. They simply added some glue for temporary fix and gave it. Now the Hinges problem is not fixed. I need to find out another good service center. Dear ESN World, please dont bluff customers. If you cannot fix it, please tell them that you can’t. Your engineers are waste in fixing the hardware issues.
