Recently.! We just bought Honda Activa 4G from ESS KAY HONDA via Bajaj Finserv. They don’t even have the Financial Facilities improved. Their portal is so heavy, not well maintained that it hangs a lot. We had waited for 4 Long hours to just upload our Bank Details into the Portal For Creating EMI. They have only a limited quantity and quality of products.
The employees are aggressive, not well trained on hoe to Deal with a Customer.? We talked to the Manager of Showroom, he assured us to buy Activa 5G on his recommendations. So. We bought it. But now after Couple of weeks we are having a lot if problems with it, we went to the showroom to resolve the issue. They are talking so rudely. We just talked to the Manager, he gave us assurance and handle the situation.
This is a humble request to the Manager of ESS KAY HONDA, please resolve my issue as soon as possible or otherwise I’ll be forced to go to the higher authorities.!
