Bad service and rude call centre attitude

My complaint no. NK47932, was generated on Thursday 5th March 2015 - 9.52am with regards to Service not done properly.


My complaint was taken with an undertaking that the complaint will be attended with in 24hrs. Next day being HOLI festival it was understood that i wont be served, on 7th March 2015 (Saturday) morning when i contacted the customer care the representative informed me that i will be attended to once the days list of prior booking is catered to, in which i am not listed. so the complaint will be addressed on Monday (what does 24hrs mean THEN!!!)


I and my wife fell sick drinking the water which after checking showed a TDS of 343. we have to buy water since we cant trust the purifier. under such circumstance i requested the call centre guy to arrange the service same day on Saturday, he showed me a count of 24hrs. i m perplexed with the attitude of the company in attending to customer grievances.


Its unprofessional and unethical to not attend to customers plea and give a Government type service.


I thought i was buying a trust worthy product and equally good company .. my thoughts have been revoked.
