First thing is that its absolutely my mistake, I havent read mouthshut.com for reviews about eTechies prior to trusting eTechies rather than my Lenovo vendor. As many other reviewers rightly put, the problem is back to square one. Their management and technical team is definitely incompetent. Allocation of laptop to the technical team took 7 days. Thats terrible!!!!
No tracking till then allowed. The support number works perfect though, they pick-up the call but unfortunately they cannot answer/resolve our problem. My assumption is that, they take service charge during pick-up, because they are not sure of their service (and/or due to their experiences).
- I came to know from their engineer that, they take 2 to 3 laptops per day(average). I wonder they are not able to service the customers at right pace due to lack of professionals.
2. After a month , they are now saying that they cannot replace the mother board, according to them my laptops mother board gone bad (its 1 year old laptop)
- Front-end team says that they would arrange a callback from technical team. Technical team never calls back unless during initial days to inform that motherboard gone bad.
I am not sure what is the condition of my laptop. I mean if they have damaged more than it was actually is. Just avoid these people to have a peace of mind.
