Very bad customer care service. When I called them for repairing my Laptop they were so polite in talking that anyone can feel that it must be a company where you want to get your laptop serviced.
But the same day after seeing the reviews about their services I just tried cancelling the service.I still wont believe it took around 15 minutes to just cancel a request and that too call moved from one person to another and again and again I had to reiterate the same thing to every person.
They behave so rudely , they started scolding that how can you do this cancellation and the final guy just hangs up the call in very bad tone.
So avoid this company’s service..
