I found no difference between my local computer repair technician & the ETechies technician. This eTechie guy who came to fix my laptop had no clue what was wrong with my laptop. I definitely was not expecting a mediocre technician with basic technical skills after paying approx INR 1500 for a ’one time visit’. No value for money.
I can get the services of a technicians with even better skills from Nehru Place at half the price.
Somehow this etechie guy managed to resolve the laptop issue after several calls to his office but here is the best part - the system failed again after 10 days! I did no further follow up with these guys as I got the point that doing so would only be a waste of time and money.
Tip: Get in touch with your office IT guys and ask for referrals through whom you can get your system fixed. Wishing your system a speedy recovery ;)
