Lost bags, then would not admit it

Etihad lost my husband’s bag on his way to visit his mother and they would not take his complaint about the lost baggage.


Etihad would not give us any statement or letter stating that they had lost a bag, and without this letter we could not get a reimbursement from our insurance company.


Way to go, Etihad! We will never fly with them again, and I hope this convinces you not to either. Our $1700 ticket turned into $2200 if you include the lost luggage.
