Flight cancelled. Customers get in problems

I have booked ticket for my customer ( I am a travel agent) for going to jedha( saudi arabia) . But unfortuanatly due to covid 19 special situation. Flight cancelled. According to Every airlines provided cercular. No full refund alowed But we will get refund with penalty charge. Or we can date change without penalty charge.( with in 1 year) But fair diffrence apply.


Asper the cerculer I have applied for refund after deducting penalty charge. But unfortunatly I got mail that etihad not providing refund. Only possible date change without penalty charge. But my customer dont want to go again. It was a vacation time. After vacation they dont want to go. Really got a big problem ticket fare 65000 INR .customer dont to travel again. Air line not providing refund. Its really bad service from etihad.


I got refund from spicejet and indigo


But only etihad airways make me really in a bad situation.
