I must have to say that was my worst experience ever I had with any airline or any airport. Etihad Airways crew was not happy even you ask them for a glass of water. They smile but at the same time you can easily read their face experaction that could tell how they feel about it.
At Lahore airport Etihad airways crew Member Mr Atif Qureshi sold out my reserved seat and I had to reconfirm my seat and paid extra $200 to Etihad because of that I had to cancel my flight from New York to San Jose that cost me an other extra $300. When I tried to find out how to complain they dont have any complain system about their airline but to send a Feedback.
The customer service associate totally ignored my questions about the airlines. This airline is successful because of Indian and Pakistani passangers and they are treated just like animal. I will never suggest this airline to anyone. Dont see the cheep ticket. Must look for your selfrespect and honour.
