EU Pays refunded back 1 transaction to my customer claiming that customer didnt authorized the charge
Though they are professional and competent company and all payouts are daily and on time however refund should only be initiated by Merchants not by processors.
Also, the main issue with EU Pays is they work in Mountain Standard Time of USA where its difficult to get in touch with their support team.
Only, best thing, I get daily payouts and they are fav of email correspondances
