I had ordered a Bravo vacuum cleaner on 30th March. The executive Mr Ashok V (Mobile number: 9967265912) from Bhandup branch had told me that the product would be delivered to me by April 5. When I called him on April 6, he told me that the product will be delivered maximum by April 8. I had made the payment on 30th itself via credit card. I had called him yesterday (April 10) and told him that if the product is not delivered by April 10 evening, then the order should be cancelled and I be refunded the money.
Yesterday evening I have tried calling him many times but his phone was switched off and today morning his phone is ringing and he is not picking up the phone at all. A company like Eureka Forbes cheating people by taking money and not giving the product is not acceptable at all. I want immediate refund of the money I paid.
