Do not go for Eureka Forbes (No Service available)

We are using Eureka Forbes Aqua Flow(aqua guard brand) since 2002.

The service standards of this company are very poor(below any other Indian and International Standards). We got reasonable service only for the first 2-3 years. Now-a-days, the AQUA FLOW machine is not being serviced by the company. You have to do regular follow ups to get the machine serviced. Even after doing follow ups, only the promises are made, but no one turns up for the service even after one month.

There is no point in going for any machine of EUREKA FORBES, since they do not have proper service arrangements / post sales service in MUMBAI.

We do not recommend this product to others.
