I bought Aquaflow. I am frustrated with the faulty product and pathetic service I recieved. within 6 months it was required to be serviced three-four times. Even after escalating complaint till level 4 i.e. obdusman level, I am unsatisfied and frustrated with the product and service both.
I was under impression that with increasing competition, Eureka Forbes service will improve. But seems like they have turned a blind eye to competition and simply still think that they have monopoly. With this attitude and level service, I am not sure where they are headed. I wish them luck!
