One of worst service provider. I purchased booster model which creates noisy sound since beginning. Technician said: this model creates noisy sound and we can not help.
When water comes in force automatically tap in the water purifier gets open and water comes out even when power is switched off and not started purifier.
Technician said: only method you always keep a pot so water doesn’t get flooded outside.
Now only after 3-4 months water has stopped coming from front tap, instead water comes from backside which is fixed in wall.
I raised complaint [Complaint no- 79491195] on 17th Dec 2014, 6 days back but still they are just assuring to send technician. [Its under warranty]. I would request everyone, pls do not buy from this brand as they are cheater.
