Please stay away from Aqua Guard and Eureka Forbes products, whatever may be their promise on the product. Truth of the matter is they have "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE".
I took AMC contract from them for my FA model for Rs 840 in Hyderabad. They didnt care to call me even once on replacement of candle or carbon that was part of the AMC.
And, when I myself asked for service, it took them two weeks to visit my home and that too after repeated reminder. At last when it was serviced, to my horror the equipment too has stopped working. Now, I am trying to follow up with their customer service to send their folks again to correct the problem, it is more than 2 weeks now. I have to incur cost of mineral water everyday.
I have tried contacting whosoever I can from Eureka Forbes from Miss Rajini (Customer Executive), Mr. Deepankar their Manager and Mr. Sampath their General Manager. From top top bottom it is company of liers and false promises. They tell you that they are going to send some one today, and no one turns up. They also seem to have recorded my phone number, and they never receive my calls now. I think I have given up, and I dont want any one else to be in situation I am, so just dont go for Eureka Forbes products.Had it not been lack of time I would have even gone to file a consumer case against theAGAIN... DO NOT TRUST EUREKA FORBES....
