I am conscious about water born diseases especially to take care of the health of my kids.So I planned to buy a water purifier.I heard Aquaguard is one of the best in the market.Since I couldnt find out my trusted friends to enquire about this particular product, I depend the internet.I was searching all the water purifier products and the customers feedback. Luckly I got a link to this wonderful site.I was excited, because till that time I was not knowing such an internite site, which provide very useful assistance like a good friend.
I have gone through all previews available on a specific product ’’Auaguard I nova’’ model.The customer rating was 3*.So I decided to buy this product.The machine installed within two days.Then found it is not giving the specified output (water flow was very low)
So the aquaguard technician tried another model ’’Classic’’.It was giving better water flow at output.so decided to install the classic model.But still it was not practical to wait for a couple of minutes for collecting a jar of water.So I decided to collect the purified water in a good container.It was tightly covered , when need of water I could open the tap provided in the storage container and easily use it.My wife found it was very useful.
Almost 1 week passed without any problem. then I found some deposit in the container bottom side.I was really shocked.I could not believe my eyes . I thorougly cleaned it and put for another week for confirmation.This time also the same result.Immediately I contacted the Aquaguard service engineer (Their office is hardly half a KM from my house).
Promptly he attended the case and found some loosely fitted part in the first stage.
Now it is almost 1 month over, it is giving water but I feel the odor is not removed.Again I am going to contact the service technician for solving this problem.I think the carbon granules used in the second stage is not working properly.The aquaguard ’’inova’’ model is using ’’carbon block’’ in the second stage.So it may be giving better result.The problem is, it requires high water pressure at input side.If you are living in a single storeyed building ’’inova’’ model is not at all suitable.
My openion for buying this product (Aquaguard-Classic) is , You should not believe their advertisements and the marketing executives fully.I feel the product quality is not upto the mark.It may be a good product in the yesteryears but not now. So think twice before buying this product.
I will try to send one more feed back on this product after using this for at least six months.
