After Sales Painful

I am one among the misfortunate people who had brought the Eureka Forbes water filter (Aqua Guard) this year. The whole nightmare began when I tried to reach the service desk when the water outlet from the purification system started to give an foul smell though the direct water outlet from the pipe had none.


I had called the helpline for at least 5-6 times a day for more than 2 weeks relating our problem, every time I called the executive would take the required information & tell me that the complaint will be attended within 24hrs and the info had been passed to the respective service personnel.


Also they question my elderly parents to stay at home and what business they have going outside so they would come and provide the service it had been more than 2 weeks none had attended yet.


Please BEWARE of Eureka products(Mainly of their NO AFTER SALES SERVICE) I would never recommend anyone to buy a Eureka product  and suffer like me.
