Made my life hell and cheated me too

I am an engineer in NTPC, living in a town near kanpur. I purhased aquaguard classic on August, 2003. I got installed it on 20/08/2003.To my utter surprise when I checked the manufacturing date of my aquaguard classic it was april 2002. (one and half year older piece) Just after 3 days of installation, this filter started giving problem. Instead of giving water, it started blinking and giving red light continuously. Service Engineer did not come up to one week. After one week this filter started functioning it self, with intermediate problem of the same time. After 2.5 months, this filter got permanently out of order. Again service Engineer did’’nt reach up to 10 days and when he arrived, could not repair it and took the piece to kanpur. after 20 days this service engineer, came back after my repeated calls and came up with an older and used piece of aquaguard, with different serail number. This service engineer then installed old aquaguard and with this gave me a bill of Rs 755/- , though my piece was still under warrenty. This bill included fair charges from my town to kanpur, service charges of kanpur, rate of UV lamp and service charge. As I refused to pay the bill as my piece was under warrenty, this service engineer threatened me to withdraw, technical support for my piece, that is still under warrenty and also refused to give me back my original piece. Due to this now, i am under complete depression. I wish on this platform I may get justice and get my voice reached to the higher officials of Eureka forbs
