I Think Eureka Forbes is a good product company as a overall.
Many people by water purifier due to economy price and marketing.
I believe Eureka forbes has expanded too much and given dealership to local area vendors who may or may not be capable handling support. When you all customer support they give u proper complaint number etc, after that you are in Vendors hand, they really sucks, no one turns up for weeks and so on.
I had taken extended contract to ensure that I get prompt service.As a matter of fact Eureka forbes service centre is 5 minutes from my house but I don’t get any response from them.
I am still surprised how these kind of companies still stay in market in-spite of such sloppy service.
We need to ensure that Common man should come up with Boards in front of all Electronics and consumer Shops that certain products service is very poor and one should not go for these products.
With this such crappy support companies will be bankrupt and thrown out.
We need India to be Customer Centric and compete with world class products.
