We bought an aquasure from an famous electronics store and when the installation guy came he said u have purchased wrong product as your water supply is of hard water. so to investigate further we Contacted Eureka Forbes to come and do a water test and recommend a product in meanwhile we also contacted the store to confirm if we can get the product replaced.
when the Eureka Forbes rep came we understood that aquasure and aquaguard are different products.The eureka forbes sales person himself was defaming Aquasure saying that its produced by different division on Eureka Forbes, it has lot of problems etc..
He insisted on buying AquaGUARD and not aquaSURE and that there is no guarantee on aquaSURE. the service of aquasure is done through seller and not the company. How is a common man suppose to know this?? AquaSURE also claims to from Eureka Forbes. This is a misleading strategy by Eureka Forbes.this is disappointing as people trust the brand name of eureka forbes.
