Pathetic attitude towards customers

I have an AMC with Eureka forbes.Few months back as part of service one technician came and he left without completing the service. The machine was dismantled and it was lying for 04 days. I was running from pole to pillar to assemble my machine back.With great difficulty I got the work done.I didn’t want to make it a big issue and left it.


Last Saturday as part of some ongoing issue I happened to visit a franchisee of Eureka in Kannabiran Koil street, Perambur Chennai and in the midst of the conversation the person there used un-parliementary words.He literally


asked me to get out and speak with T Nagar office.It was as if I borrowed money from him and he blasting me.


It is the other way around. I pay these idiots well in advance and it was I who give them business and see the service what they offer


As a customer I pay and expect service from Eureka.I am not there to listen to the filthy language used by your franchisee or any third party whom you employ.


Very very disappointed with Eureka. Disgusting!
