Service is pathetic

We bought Aquaguard in late 2004. During the warranty and extended warranty for which we paid we got one servicing after repeated calls (cleaned the system and no change of any part). We paid for service contract till 2009 but in 5 years we got 3 visits after repeated calls. First one was basic cleaning. 2nd visit was without carbon so there was a 3rd visit to replace carbon.


Last month their sales guys called up for renewing service contract. When I pointed out that there were no service visits and they have not changed the filter/cartridge or whatever it is in the last 5 years, they were rude. One of the guys challenged to show me the proof that they provided us the service regularly. But no one came as expected. They never gave any service and kept charging us for the annual contract.Like idiots we paid.


Now we are looking for different make water purifier.
